Transfer Stamping

A transfer stamping press automatically transports each separate piece through a series of stations.

Transfer stamping is ideal for deep drawn parts and high volume production, using material economically and eliminating secondary processes. Our tooling expertise has allowed us to produce parts with highly complex geometries and exceptionally tight tolerances.

Progressive Stamping

A die in which two or more sequential operations are performed at two or more stations upon the work, which is moved from station to station. One operation is usually performed at each station. Can incorporate piercing, forming, extruding and drawing, and is usually applied to high quantity production runs.

Tandem Stamping

One operation is usually performed at each station with manual intervention for transfer of parts . Can incorporate piercing, forming, extruding and drawing, and is usually applied to medium quantity production runs.
